Q: Are physical gift cards available?
A: Yes, you can pick up gift card at any one of our five locations.
Q: What can I do with my points?
A: Your points can be redeemed for nearly everything on our menu, including soups, sandwiches, salads, smoothies, and more! Plus, if you create an online account and add your birthday, you'll receive a free soup during your birthday month. You’ll also enjoy exclusive perks like double points days and special deals each week.
Q: Is your loyalty program available as an app?
A: We don’t have a traditional app, but we offer a web-based app you can easily download to your smartphone. This app lets you track your points, view rewards, and stay updated on our latest promotions—all from one convenient place. Note: this app is not available on the App store.
Q: How do I add the web-based app to my iPhone?
A: Sign in to the Souper Rewards Web App, tap the Share icon (arrow pointing upwards), then Add to Home Screen.
Q: How do I add the web-based app to my Android?
A: Sign in to the Souper Rewards Web App, tap the Menu icon (vertical ellipsis), then Add to Home Screen, then Install.
Q: Do you offer physical loyalty cards? What if I don’t have a smartphone?
A: No, our loyalty program is fully digital. You can sign up in-store or on your desktop. No smartphone is needed—just provide your email or phone number to earn and redeem rewards.
Q: What happens to the rewards from your old loyalty program?
A: You won’t lose any rewards from our previous Souper Rewards program. Simply sign up for a new account using the same email and phone number you used before. Your previous cash-back balance will be converted into points at a rate of 50 points per dollar and added to your new account. If you encounter any issues, email katie@pksoup.com with your old card number for assistance.
Q: I didn’t receive my free birthday soup. Why not?
A: To receive your free birthday soup, your birthday needs to be added to your account. If you signed up in-store, we might not have your birthday on file. Make sure to create an online account and add your birthday. Birthday e-mails are sent on the 1st of each month, so if you signed up after the 1st of your birthday month, your free soup offer may not appear.
Q: Can I earn points on online orders?
A: Currently, points are only available for in-store purchases. We partner with DoorDash, Skip The Dishes, and Uber Eats for delivery and in-store pick-up options. Due to high fees charged by these delivery services, we offer in-store points and special pricing to encourage visits to our location.
