Our updated Souper Rewards program makes it easier to earn points, check your balance and redeem rewards in-store or online.
New Members
Join Souper Rewards by providing your mobile number at checkout or signing up online.
Please use the same mobile number each time you visit so your points are added to the correct account.
Existing Members
Your mobile number and existing points were transferred to the new system. You do not need to create a new loyalty account.
You may be asked to complete your profile by adding your name, email address or birthday.
Look up your Souper Rewards account.

To review or update your contact information, sign in through our online-ordering website using the mobile number connected to your Souper Rewards account.

Please note: Your birthday is not added or updated here. Birthday information is managed separately through your Souper Rewards account.
Important: Please do not create another account using a different mobile number or email address, as this may result in duplicate accounts or missing points.
Birthday Rewards
To receive a birthday reward, you must add your birthday to your account at least 48 hours before your birthday.
Please double-check the date before saving it. A birthday can only be added once and cannot be changed afterward.
If you are not prompted to add your birthday, it is already saved to your rewards profile.
